Ryan is the Clinical Director of Calibrate. He has been working as the Head Osteopath in one of Singapore's busiest clinics for over 4 years and has since left to start Calibrate. He has worked in clinics in England and Singapore, studying in Oxford (UK) as an Osteopath and receiving the highest distinction in his cohort. Since then he has worked with running clubs, gyms, orthopaedic surgeons, local celebrities, professional athletes and martial artists among others.
He has a keen interest in research and has further completed education in nutrition, psychology, strength & functional training and rehabilitation/exercise therapy. and has given lectures and run workshops on lower back pain among other topics.

He is registered with the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC UK).
Kareen began her career as a Physiotherapist with National University Hospital (NUH) and subsequently went on to private hospitals and clinics, specialising in musculoskeletal and orthopaedic conditions.
She has a keen interest in treating spinal conditions,and also adopting Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) techniques to treat chronic pain conditions and lymphedema.
She went on to obtain her certification in Manual Lymphatic Drainage from Dr Vodders’ School (Australia) in 2016.
Kareen believes in walking her clients through their journey of recovery with pain reduction and techniques to restore mobility, and using evidence-based exercises to promote recovery and return to activities. She believes that patient education plays a huge role in the rehabilitation process.
She is a registered Physiotherapist with the Allied Health Professional Council.
